A. General committee

The general committee of the organization is of 25  numbers, and it is the principal authority of the organization .The GC meets at least once a year . The general committee approves the actives and budgets of the organization the years income expenditures   and activities etc, prepare organizational  policies, elect /select the Executive committee,  provide / cancel membership  of the  members   of the organization etc.

B. Executive committee

The Executive committee (EC) is comprised of 7 members, has been elected/selected by the GC for a two years term. This EC is the supreme policy-making body for preparing policies for projects and programs of the organization.

C. Executive Office

The USHA BANGLADESH  has an Executive Office headed by a Executive Director, who executes projects and programs by a number of program and administrative staffs and workers and professionals etc
